This is kind of cool ... http://www.evk2cnr.org/WebCams/PyramidOne/everest-webcam.html

I love our Whitney cams. A key part of my travel planning. Everest, well, not even on my radar. But still nice to see from half way around the world....

Good find.

Using Google Translate, the caption reads:

"In the Indian subcontinent the climate is divided into a dry season (also called dry monsoon) which extends from November to April and a wet season (monsoon monsoon or wet), which runs from May to September-October. During the latter mainly the webcam images of clouds will return."

Then there is the Kilicam, http://kenyawebcam.com/cam.pl?cam=kanzicam. This one seems to be broken, http://www.kilicam.com/.

Now that IS on my radar. Hoping for January or February 2012, so I better get hopping! I mean, climbing!

Everest long distance lense and no visible plume on 10/13/11 - a good day to be up there. Thanks for posting this.

will see how long it is this fall before the winter jet stream starts to fly left to right from Tibet. My Italian (on the webcam)is crummy but look for it in November.
