catpappy Registered: 03/06/10 Posts: 100 Loc: acworth, ga	Once she reaches the pole, she still has quite a ways to go to finish her trek. One nautical mile is about 6,076 feet or about one minute of arc of latitude. Comes in handy when navigating by charts. John
