For a some Winter evening viewing, take a look at the website of Jeff Lowe's unrepeated solo climb of the Eiger Norwand. Perhaps this will inspire a few to do something a little more challanging in the mountains, or in life.

Bob, thanks for finding this and posting it. I really enjoyed the trailer.

The words pioneer and talented get thrown around so often, but he certainly was both. I heard Jeff speak here in Atlanta in the early 90's at a gear store. I think he was working with Marmot on some project at the time.

Bummer about his condition, but at least he is staying active and passionate.

John

Very inspirational, touching and funny (he has a great sense of humor).

Thanks very much for posting this, Bob.
I enjoyed it a graet deal.

If future generations are to remember us with gratitude rather than contempt, we must leave them more than the miracle of technology. We must leave them a glimpse of the world as it was in the beginning, not just after we got through with it.
