Any recommendations on restoring the water repellent to my rain shell? I see spray on treatments, wash in stuff, ect. Do they work?

Nikwax (REI & other sports stores) has a whole line of products that I have had good luck with.

The body betrays and the weather conspires, hopefully, not on the same day.

I've had luck with ReviveX. A lot of depends on the garment. A friend had a PreCip jacket that would wet out even after a fresh coat of DWR. Marmot ended up replacing the jacket.

I have to restore the DWR on Power Shield softshell. Does anyone have any recommendations?
