**** PLEASE DO NOT READ IF YOU ARE EASILY OFFENDED *****

This is not a rant about rude women, it is a rant about RUDE people. If you want to take it another way, then please don't read.

This is RUDE: But I've always wanted to do it - and TRUE

I think you all know this feeling. I've just never had the guts to do it. This is true and happened yesterday.

My friend was having a very long day, went to a coffee house and opened the door for two women. They ignored him as if they thought it was their right to have doors opened for them. Under his breath, my friend said "FU@%!NG CCCC".... Well, the girl heard my friend and asked, did you just say "FU@%!NG CCCC" to us? My friend said "No, I said "FU@%!NG CCCC" to the two women I opened the door for." She said, "that was us!" He said, well, since I'm honest and you're admitting it was you I opened the door for, then I did call you "FU@%!NG CCCC". She said, well, "FU@% YOU"! Holding back a bit, he said, "No Thanks, I don't FU@% Rude Women!!!!".... then he left and got coffee somewhere else.

Sorry, I had to share and thought it was a bit humorous. Again, I've been called worse and sometimes I've deserved it. But, then again, I don't really care what people think about me.... :-)

I didn't want to offend anyone and this post will possibly be pulled. Censorship is a world we live in, but I understand.

****As a note... I would never do what my friend did. I've been angry a few times with rude people and always wonder why they are like it. Sometimes I think I should say something, but then walk off wondering why I didn't take the time to express myself. What my friend did was totally out of line.... and he used the one word I would NEVER use, so yea, I do have a problem with that, but I think from time to time people sometimes get fed up with others who think they are "above" it, think they are entitled. This society is full of "entitled" people who don't give a rats bottom about anyone but themselves and could care less about someone actually being nice.
I am personally sorry that I offended anyone, but that's why I put it where I did, as it has nothing to do with hikes, climbing, camping, etc. It has to do with what we sometimes want to say to jerks, but just don't do. Again, I would have never done what he did, will never do what he did, but I understand why he was frustrated as he was trying to be nice, tried to help someone else and they totally ignored his efforts. Was he right? NO! Does he have to deal with the fact HE was a jerk? YES! And most of all, should a person put value in what another thinks or does (i.e> the women who he had hoped would thank him)? No, you should not get upset because others didn't do what YOU wanted them to do.
Again, I am hoping this is taken in the light it was meant to be..... frustration from someone who is a really good person and a person who bends over backwards to help others and the community he lives in, in fact he physically and emotionally does more for others than anyone I know.
Hope my apology is accepted.
Joe

quillansculpture,

Could you please clarify why your friend was offended?
Did he expect a tip?

Yury, it's a joke... He had a bad day. I know how much effort this guy puts into his work, his community, his family and his friends. He is an absolute angel of a guy. I could never put as much time into the work, charity, etc. this guy puts in.... He had a BAD day and said something he shouldn't have and got caught, but unless you have never flipped someone off on the 405, yelled at your dog, ignored a homeless person..... (ah crap, why do I even try)....lololol

BTW, a tip woulda been nice :-) And can we spell "flippant"?
And in case you don't know (and obviously you don't).... I'm the kinda guy who makes it a priority to help others, do something for another every day, at least once, but hopefully more. I don't specifically do it for them, because doing those things makes me feel good (and I don't expect a tip). I'm the guy makes sure his home is available, that people can call me when they need to talk about their day. I'm the guy that will offer my help in a bad situation, even if it means me driving across the state or spending many, many hours just listening. But you know what? I'm not perfect, and sometimes, when someone screws me for thousands in sales, my car breaks down, or some other small or large tragedy or concern, it would be nice if people showed they cared, passed it on, payed it forward..... and you know what? Sometimes I get upset with them for not seeing, not feeling others, being above it all or entitled. So, with that said, though I've never done it to the extent my friend did, it would be nice to tell some self absorbed person, man or woman, you know what.... F$%& 0%$$$$!!!!
wow, I feel better already :-)
Have a wonderful night (insert smiley face)
