Hello all,

Anyone have any extra info on climbing Mt Muir as a side hike to Whitney besides the point and shoot approach. Or is this the only real advice to give? Any features to look for to navigate the easiest path?

Thanks for any help!

Cody

Mt. Muir was my first 14er back in 1988. I did it on my up the trail to Mt. Whitney. I found my way up the blue route in the photo, and I hadn't seen any photos or detailed route descriptions. If you're comfortable scrambling on third class rock, you should have no problem.
