I have read all the information about walk-ins and obtaining a permit through cancellation, etc. However, I wanted to just throw this out there.

I have a group of 10 already permitted, but my brother flying in from Ohio would love to go. We may try to get a walk in, but it would be great to know for sure he'll have a permit.
