Mt Whitney Zone Forums General Discussion Space Available on 8/8-8/11 N. Fork Lone Pine Creek permit

I have a permit for North Fork Lone Pine Creek for nights of 8/8 through 8/11. My partner had to cancel for work/family reasons and everyone else I know who might be interested can't get out those days. Before I head out solo, I thought I'd check in here and see if anyone would like to join me.

Original plan was Russell East Ridge, Whitney Mountaineer's Route, and probably Carillon and Muir while we were there. But I'm flexible.

If you don't get any takers on the permit, you might consider logging onto recreation.gov a few (3-5) days before your hike, and release the spot so anyone else wanting to get a permit might see it online and reserve it.
