This is a long shot, but I'll give it a try: Did anyone find a light glove worn under heavy mittens) on the main trail about halfway between the Portal and Lone Pine Lake? It's a bright purple -- kind of an odd color for gloves, but whatever... I lost it on Saturday evening, so it probably blew off the trail.
The pair is worth about $10, so it's no great loss -- but it's a 30-year-old memento. Hence this message.
Again, I know it's a long shot and I'm reluctant to even post this, but ya never know...
