Overall, the California moose introduction is getting very favorable reviews. We'll see what happens if the population multiplies, though.

I wonder if grizzly bears eat cattle. Actually that's why they were wiped out. Just couldn't leave the things alone. Easy pickins.
All that would be needed to get reintroduction some traction is for the California cattlemen to sign on.

Hi Mike, Not sure the Cattlemen want it known, but according to the Center for Disease Control, in the U.S., about 20 people a year are killed by COWS!!!! That's a whole lot more than Grizzlies kill.

But, I don't blame the cows....I mean, we eat them.
