We finished our yearly backpacking trip this time I chose Taboose pass to kearsarge pass backpacking trip we started at 5:00am and reached Bench Lake trailhead at 6:00 pm this route was brutal for me but visiting Bench Lake Ranger Station was emotional we did this hike in memory of Ranger Randy Morgenson RIP

If you have not read The Last Season by Eric Blehm, you should do so. It is about the end of Ranger Morgenson's life. It is a great read.
