You mentioed Hershel Walker. He is an amazing guy. We filmed him and Gina Carrano(Ultimate fighter) last year for NUI water. Hershel is still one of the most buff and in shape people you will ever meet.He has NEVER lifted a weight in his life. His workouts have always, and still are push-ups, situps pullups and now martial arts.
Here is a link to my other business website. If you watch the changing banner on top of the home page you will see a big screen picture of Hershel in the background. If you click on Production then Training Partners you will see his bio.He is an a great guy!!!!!

Absoultely correct - giga-sized situps, pushups and pullups. The kicker is that Herschel's diet for years was primarily cheeseburgers, fries and milkshakes. Trust me on this - refer to my screen name if in doubt.

'Tude, I recommend you not follow the Big Dawg's training table regimen. There's only one Herschel.

And I'm outta this workout topic since I'd feel silly boasting about moving up from 12-ounce curls to 16-ounce . . .
