My regimen is almost like Herschel Walker's but not that much.
Absoultely correct - giga-sized situps, pushups and pullups. The kicker is that Herschel's diet for years was primarily cheeseburgers, fries and milkshakes. Trust me on this - refer to my screen name if in doubt.
