Yeah, the Mariana Trench is just a wee bit below the 60-foot basic recreational SCUBA diving limit.

PS - I do both, too, but haven't dived in years (nothing in Ohio, and I don't favor it nearly as much as hiking/climbing).

Akichow, Silly friends! No need to pick one. When we went to Africa we summited Kili, went on safari, and finished up with summiting Table Mountain and diving with the Great White Sharks. Life is about exploring
