Hey Dennis,
Can you extend your forecast up to Tahoe? I'm heading up for thanksgiving and hoping to climb Mt Tallac the day after the big turkey dinner.

Thanks
Tom

Right now at least, the Reno / Tahoe area looks dry for Thanksgiving and Friday after. BUT, Check conditions as the time nears.

Sounds like I will freeze as I am going back out with SCA this Friday for 6 more days of trail work. Working in the snow with wet gloves is never "completely" fun. wink

RP, where will you be working? Maybe the storm won't hit so hard in your area.

I'll be looking forward to some cloudy skies so we might get some more interesting sunrises and sunsets on the webcams.

We are working on Section F and base camping at McIver Cabin just south of 178. We will be at around 6700 feet.

I don't mind what the weather brings in since that SCA crew is so much fun, I got back last Friday after 10 days with them.

Rain starting Friday night turning to snow Saturday. Hope you have good tents and warm clothing! Brrrr!

Yeah I will have to pull out the gear for this one. I plan to just sleep in the McIver Cabin.

I'm curious for sure how SCA will handle the weather. The PCTA would cancel the project.
