Looking for advice from the group here. I am going to hike either Tyndall or Williamson in the next few days. Looking at the weather forecast as of right now, there appears to be zero chance of precipitation/t-storms in the area. I do not do well on extreme limited sleep so I was thinking of starting around 4am. From what I've gathered, Williamson takes anywhere from 15 to 20+ hours, which would put me back at the car at 7pm-12am. I figure so long as I reconnect with the trail by sunset, that would be pretty mindless. I figure if I'm going slower than expected, I can do Tyndall and instead and cut 2-4 hours from the hike.

Does this plan sound reasonable or should I be concerned and start at like 2am? If I should start earlier, why?
