Our children have begged for it instead of Salmon Patties & Asparagus. The Ultimate Cheese Mac is found on the Valley floor at the Awahnee. The best clue is the 7 oz. of butter... Ah... Had to check the 7 oz... 7 Tbsp is only 3.5 oz But then that 2 1/2 cups of cream sorta adds to it, too. Maybe if we took bicycles all the way up we could justify it.
