We have a group of us packing from Onion Valley June 30, summiting Whitney July 4 exiting the Portal July 5.

Does anyone have trail conditions for the passes? I am trying to avoid bringing snow/ice gear if possible.

All passes are free of snow , or it is easy to walk around the small ones that are left, no need to carry any ice axes or traction devices.. Hope this is helpful, enjoy your trip...
