I found a camera on Whitney 7/31. I meant to drop it off at the Portal but I forgot and left it in my backpack, now I'm in San Diego.

I have that same camera. After seeing all the lost camera messages, I taped a tiny printed note on the camera battery with my name and phone number.

i printed my name and phone # on a sheet of paper, took a photo of it with the camera, removed the smartcard, renamed the photo '_my address' (the _ ensures it will always be the first photo seen), and returned the smartcard to the camera.

i'm hoping a finder gets curious before they have to change / charge the battery.
