My question is how safe is lo leave our camping gear at the camp will we summint and then pick it up?
This is my first time there so I dont know how it works.
Any suggestions will be apreciated.

I've done this a number of times and many people do this with no problems. Just don't leave any scented items lying around. The worst thing I have run into at outpost was a couple of mice that found some salted peanuts that I had forgot and left in a pouch. They ate a hole in it and then ate the nuts. I know they were mice, because they crawled into my plastic bucket of water for a drink and were there when I got back.

I've also had deer visit the bushes next to my tent on a number of occasions without any issues other than leaving a few discrete piles of droppings.

I wouldn't leave my keys and billfold in my tent. It wasn't too long ago that a major summer rainstorm blitzed through in the evening and one guy left is keys in his tent when he abandoned it. Makes it hard to get in your car later.

Other than that, I wouldn't worry about anyone taking your stuff at Outpost. Unfortunately I can't say the same for some of the places that are closer to urban sprawl.

People always leave their camping gear behind in their camp.

But if you leave your tent up, maybe put a big rock inside so if a strong wind comes up, your tent will be where you left it. If it were my stuff, I'd take the tent down have it ready to pack out.

Any food items you don't take along should be in a mouse-proof/marmot-proof container.
