Excellent report. I admire people who can do this in one day, but I'm not one of them. What were the temps like?

Nice trip and pics. There something inexplicable that I really like about this pic (below) -- perhaps the cameo hikers set against the numerous cirrus clouds and dark blue sky. I doubt the darkened hikers were intentional, but the effect is nonetheless very interesting.
