Thanks Steve, after I wrote that I figured that might be the case. That actually makes me happy if this is so lightly traveled. While the supposed hordes are swarming up to Whitney on the last weekend before quotas hit, I'll be all by my lonesome...easier prey for the lions.
It will be interesting to see what the McAdie situation is with snow/ice/hidden routes over and around the middle peak/notch. I may just summit the southern peak and call it a day.
