Arthur got a chance to boogie north for the Holiday weekend, so I made sure to fit in as much fun and silliness as possible. It was a multi-sport trifecta with me and my friends, and Arthur just blended right in.
Friday, we hit the slopes at Mammoth and basically cruised most of the mountain, trying to stay one step ahead of the crowds. I could hardly believe that he hadn't been on his board for over two years.

Sunday we meandered south after a big breakfast at the Moose Lodge, heading for the Hoodgie Wall in the A-Hills. Kevin led Leonosphere (5.7**), Ankles Away (5.8****), and Hoodgie (5.7***) and we all took our turns cruising the rock.
Pics. On both Saturday and Sunday I made sure to clean one of the top anchors to practice breaking them down properly and then rappell off. A bit tricky with crampons!
