Unless the rules have changed...the current rule something manufactured to deny bears access to food. Which makes the Ursack legal. If the rule has changed, could someone post the new rule.
If you are staying at Trail Camp, this would suffice, as long as you hang it from a rock, since marmots can't climb otherwise they will chew through it to get to your food.
