That's good to see, Harvey. It goes to show that we weekend warriors never become that well acclimated. I know it takes me at least three days hiking in the Sierra around 10,000 ft, before my appetite kicks back in.

The resting at altitude is counter to what backpackers can do -- for myself, I've got ten to fifteen miles to cover each day. NO REST! Which probably contributes greatly to the inability to eat much. frown
