Thanks Steve. I started posting my Alaska reports at the Yosemite Forum after moving to Alaska in February. I love seeing different places around the country (or world!) I used to have to take major vacations with extensive planning to do hikes similar to trailheads that are now only 15 minutes from my house. I had a very busy hiking last several months since I moved to Alaska in February without my family so got out hiking constantly. Things will be slowing down now that my family is here and winter is coming. In fact, this morning we got a few inches of snow---at sea level by the way.
But that's no mountain goat! They are dall sheep!
