With three young kids, and a wife who's becoming more interested in hitting the trail with me, it's hard to set up many big trips. The wife and I are hoping to hit the HST this summer, and I'm planning to get her to the Whitney summit for her first time on that trip.
We'll also do plenty of day hikes with the kids. My oldest (3 yrs old) has been talking since the weather turned about all the great hikes we did this past summer. She got out of the carrier and onto her feet this past summer for some hikes of her own, and she's excited to do more. Daddy's back appreciates it, too!
