Recreation.gov link. Somebody might release a slot or two.
Otherwise, just show up on Friday morning (5/24) at the Visitor Center and ask. There are nearly always slots available due to people picking up their permits and dropping a member or two. Also, on the morning of the 25th, the same should be the case. At 11 AM, there should be a batch coming available due to no-shows, as well.
If you will check the
Unused Permits pages, you can see that even on Saturday of Memorial Day weekends, there have always been a few unused overnight permits left.

I believe the conditions dictated by USFS is that they cannot be used as rentals. I've seen one come up for sale once over the past years, but never have I seen any for rent.
