I'd love to hear everyone's suggestions on this.
I am focusing on those summit climbs doable as dayhikes (so, roughly under 25 miles roundtrip) that ideally don't need a rope. Snowclimbs would be great too. They don't need to be 14ers.
I've done some of the more popular ones (Whitney a few times, Langley, White Mountain, Boundary Peak, Mt Gould, Mt Alice, also San Jacinto, Gorgonio further south and Mt Dana, Half Dome, Clouds Rest in Yosemite).
Trail needs to be fairly well accessible by a 2wd rental car.
