I've used the BD's Lighthouse for the last 3 or 4 years. I've had condensation problems twice, once when I had the thing entirely zipped up because it was stinking cold and windy and the other when it wide open...and I have no idea why, other than it being a dew point thingy.
I haven't had it out in the 4th season...yet. My intention was to use it this year but I did not get out.
Every tent I've used in the 4th season has had condensation....errrrr...frost problems, single wall or double wall.
