Here's a nice video showing Mt Whitney from a Sail Plane glider, taken July 5, 2014.

The two below show the north slope of Whitney, the Notch and the two Mountaineers Route routes to the summit: The Final 400, and Easy Walk-Off. The Notch is more easily identified in the first.
