Well, I made it to Wallace Lake. But it was nearly dark by the time I had my camp set up. I ate my dinner by headlamp. I tried fishing, but it was so late that there was no way I would even try to fix one to eat ...IF I had even caught one.
I exited next day over Russell-Carillon Pass above Tulainyo Lake. That was a beautiful area.
