Multi-day hike: more focus on what surrounds and awaits you.
Sometimes you gotta slow it down and take it all in in this here today, gone tomorrow world we're living in.
The Japanese call it "shinrin-yoku": forest bathing.
BTW, a burger and fries taste much better after a successful summit!
