I don't understand why Wagbags aren't required for all trails. For example,take San Gorgonio, requirements for this trail is simply that hikers must carry a trowel or be fined. When I'm in Yosemite, I have not read requirements for either a Wagbag or a Trowel. I love Yosemite and I can't understand why Wagbags aren't required here for all hikers.
