What workouts do any of you do? Gym,treadmill,running, walking,hiking?

I got my circuit training in today.I did 2 sets on isokenetic machines. Torso twist,incline bench,squats,running mans(seated leg extension and leg curl)military and curls.
These are special machines that I have that have resistence without weights.When you push/pull into the handle bars there is variable resistence which you pre-set. If you stop pushing or pulling the bar there is no weight or resistence.Therefore there is no downward concentric loading or contraction of the muscle.There is only eccentric contraction through the range of motion.This allows strengthening without tissue breakdown and no sorenes following a workout.
Tomorrow I run the stadium stairs.
