REI was about $2,500. This did not include plane tickets, insurance, tips... I looked at several different companies and this was a good price. Companies in Kathmandu were less expensive, but I felt more comfortable calling them on the phone instead of sending a smoke signal.
In the end, I think I spent about $5000.
