It is shocking how many Californians have absolutely NO IDEA how to drive in ice/snow conditions.I love driving by front wheel drive vehicles with their chains on the rear tires.Can't say I blame CHP for enforcing chains etc.Another favorite to watch when cars are slightly stuck and the tires are spinning so they stomp on the acclerator.Knuckleheads everywhere.
