My neighbor competes in Powerlifting/Stong Man competitions. Saturday mornings, he & his friends crank up the stereo & clatter around with really large rocks, earthmover tires & the like. The stereo is never classical, or even rock 'n roll, but always heavy metal.
One event is the Yoke.
Today the lifter carried 870 lbs. Just not very far.
