Can you somehow cut and paste the form into a post so I can see it? I like the idea of having the correct info to hand off to a family/friend (because I refuse to pay the ridiculous yearly fees that SPOT requires -- especially when I read the continuous complaints about the thing....but that is a different topic for a different time)
