Thanks Steve. I will try again. I talked to two agents and both were only willing to cancel my July 8 reservations and would do nothing about adding my friend. They told me to take it up with the toll-free rec.gov phone agents if I didn't like their answer. That's why I got frustrated. I will try again. Thanks for the encouragement.
