Google AI will tell you that Forester Pass is the highest trail pass in the US, but Trail Crest, definitely a pass, is over 13,600 and is likely the highest in the 48 that anyone would dare call a "pass". In fact, I cannot find one in Alaska that is even close.
the log crossing you are asking about is over - sometimes through - Lone Pine Creek. The North Fork crossing is a shallow wade or rock hop.
