Mt Whitney Zone Forums Trip Reports Forester Pass trip

Member Paul sent me two pictures from his trip from Onion Valley over Forester Pass. Thought I'd share:

And a plaque to Donald I Downs, on the JMT, just south of Forester Pass, as the trail descends to the valley below. It is easy to miss, I've never seen it, but Googling it, people report seeing it as one descends and makes a right turn on the trail.
