Right. So California could close Yosemite, SEKI, Joshua Tree, Death Valley etc etc along with 70 of its own. Or turn them over to the Visalia Garden and Birdwatching Society.

actually, the article states more danger than it seems at first.

the feds keep control, but the states pay for it

wait....I can think of other programs like that

Ending the shutdown is so easy, just repeal Obamacare and the Tea Party will allow the House vote to proceed.

... and fund the Affordable Care Act instead. wink
