Mt Whitney Zone Forums General Discussion Mt. Whitney day hike permit - 9/15/17

Any groups have an extra permit or two for a Sept 15 day hike? Our group has two permits, but we're hoping to get two more for two others. Thanks for any info or tips.

With very few exceptions, most Fridays in September show about 15 unused permits available. When you go and pick up your two permits, ask about available cancellations and no-shows. At 2 PM the day before, the no-shows are made available.
