Mt Whitney Zone Forums General Discussion Palisade Glacier

Has anyone hiked up to Palisade Glacier this summer? From the snow overlay of the topo map, looks like still plenty of snow on the final approach. I have hiked up the standard route on the east side of the glacier in the past but interested in advice for routes up the west side. Thanks!
