Posters keep asking about Diamox, etc., ad nauseum, on this forum, and end up getting all kinds of advice, some good, some bad.

Here is a link to the website of Dr. Peter Hackett, who is recognized as a world expert on the topic of altitude sickness. Dr. Hackett worked in the Bishop California ER when I was on Inyo SAR team. He was the doctor our team went to for expert advice.

Perhaps if posters save this link, and read and study the contents, they won't have to reply on anecdotal and second-hand advice.
