Mt Whitney Zone Forums General Discussion Message Board Activity?

What has happened to the message board activity on this site? I always look forward to reading conditions updates and trip reports, but this board has appeared to have gone completely silent. Just wondering if there was a reason for the lack of posts/activity?

I am in Music City USA and I also need my granite and altitude fix.

I failed in my attempt to drink water out of Lake Tulainyo this year. I feared crossing the E-ledges with snow. I should have at least hiked up to check it out. Had a permit for it.

Expect activity during permit lottery season.

The Whitney boards typically get quiet in the winter. The only people on the mountain are those skilled in full blown winter mountaineering.
