And the highly-celebrated SoCal sculpture ar-teest with us would be Joe (Quillansculpture). If our daughter isn't with Doug or Doug Jr., she'll be with Uncle Joe. Easy to tell me and Joe apart, even though we're the same age - I have dark hair and his is white and shiny . . .

Actually, Joe, we're driving down from Mammoth early the morning of the 20th, so there won't be time for us to do much other than (hopefully) grab permits and a pancake, cinch up, and start up. That's assuming, of course, that I'm still of sound mind and body after attempting my first 5.6 climb with Mr. Pickering on Cathedral Peak two days earlier. Come the 20th, I may still be halfway up Cathedral gibbering and trembling.
