Still an outside chance we can make it up Sat afternoon. Dad is going to have surgery to remove a cerebral spinal fluid block on his brain next week. Meanwhile his medicare case worker kicked him out of the hospital today because he is not sick enough with congestive heart failure and pneumonia.He was placed in a nursing home untill he has neuro surgery next week. I kid you not.
Yes, MedicouldCareless kicked my FIL out of the hospital and stuck him in a nursing facility before his shoulder surgery. Yeah, I feel your anger, brother! Yeah, my FIL wasn't sick enough to stay in the hospital with all the bruises and lacerations from his fall. Medicare could only do so much.
Okay, back to the holy stuff...
