I've had a hernia for a a few months now. Due to scheduling I can't get surgery until Aug. or Sept. My Dr. told me to get a "truss". Unclear as to what a truss was I went online and found a bunch of them. Its a device that pushes on the hernia and helps hold it in. Anyway I ordered one and got it three days ago. To my surprise this thing works..
