What are some of the causes for these rejections? Am I correct in thinking that an attempt for a reservation isn't even made for these rejected entries?
I sent a query and here's the report:
About half are payment related, and most common: Checks dated 2010, made out to wrong payee, dollar amount incorrect for group size.
A surprising number just forget to put essential information, like trip dates or the group size. Even a few with no address, no phone, no email...
Now here's a problem... If the federal budget gets shut down, the workers get furloughed. All lottery work would halt, and it would be a tough time for those laid off.
